Trinity Lutheran is a
wonderful, supportive, and Christian environment. I
feel so blessed that we found this wonderful
learning environment for Kaylena. She started
mid-year after a difficult transition from another
school as she began 6th grade. She now loves coming
to school again and feels very comfortable and
accepted at TLS. She has described TLS as
"welcoming" and that "Everyone is there for her.”
What makes this school so outstanding is of course,
the teachers, administration, and staff that are the
family that create the daily school environment for
each child. Kaylena has been accepted with open arms
and given so much daily support. I would like to say
something special to each of her teachers, the
administration and staff that help Kaylena each day.
Ms.Shrader—Thank you so much for
helping Kaylena acclimate to TLS and keeping school
so positive for her. It has made a world of
difference!! I appreciate your ongoing insight and
support.
Ms. Kurkoba—Thank you for giving
Kaylena support and helping her feel comfortable at
school and for being so proactive in her transition
to TLS.
Ms. Bowden—Thank you for keeping
Kaylena organized and creating a positive
environment each morning as she starts her school
day. She enjoys your religion class and is very
committed to being a good Christian and child of
God. Thank you for the Biblical teachings you are
instilling in her each day.
Ms. Johnson—Thank you for tutoring
Kaylena in her math skills to get her up to par for
pre-algebra. She needs to be challenged and you
helped get her to that level. I am glad you are
feeling better and back at school. Kaylena missed
you!

kind and nurturing in your interactions with Kaylena.
I also appreciate your after-school tutoring to help
her improve her grammar skills. Thank you for
keeping science so interesting for her as well.

for making Spanish fun for Kaylena. She enjoyed
watching Curious George with English subtitles!

Kaylena to be creative. She loves to draw. Art is
one of her passions.

very special place and I am so thankful to everyone
in the TLS family for making my child's school
experience so well-rounded, positive and engaging.
I feel like the words are not enough to express my

 JEREMY'S
STORY
The Trinity Lutheran School provides a nurturing,
family oriented atmosphere. This is then perfectly
blended with challenging academics and various
extracurricular activities. As a former student, I
can say that Trinity has left a big impression on my
life. Because of this, I still am very involved with
Trinity even though I have graduated and attend high
school at John Carroll. My fellow classmates and I
still come back to Trinity all throughout the school
year to help our former teachers; mainly with the
drama production in the spring. In addition, because
of Trinity almost all of my classmates and I got
into our first choice of high school, thanks to our
well educated and quality teachers that challenged
us and brought out our full potential. A family
oriented Christian atmosphere, perfectly blended
with a rigorous challenging academic environment
that’s the definition of the Trinity Lutheran School
System. Currently attending University of Maryland.

Trinity is our choice for our children for one
primary reason: it is an environment where they can
receive a high quality education that integrates
Biblical faith and learning in a way that seeks to
honor and glorify God consistently. TLS provides a
total package, providing a well-rounded Mr. & Mrs.
Kendall Neu education where our children can thrive
under the direction of a staff that love and serve
God with their talents. It is a place where our
children are challenged to realize their individual
potential, in a disciplined environment, through a
broad range of subjects and experiences with the
purpose of education rather than test and
performance preparation. Trinity’s progressive and
proactive approach to education and its desire to
stay on the cutting edge make it a stand out school
in the community. The integration of art, health,
foreign language, computers, gym and sports, from
the earliest grades forward, provides for exposure
and development of the whole person. Our children
have benefitted from each of these areas, and
regularly express their joy and excitement in
understanding and learning about a wide range of
things they experience in their world. We both
realize that TLS is a place where the values we are
trying to instill at home are supported and
reinforced in the classroom. We have been pleased
with our choice of Trinity Lutheran School. |
